GUIDED MEDITATION

Inspired by the traditional ways of Tibetan Buddhism, a session of meditation guided by Aychele will allow you to calm your mind, deepen your breathe and open your heart.

Those are inner journeys to practice the Four Brahmavihara or “The Immeasurables”: Loving-Kindness, Compassion, Empathetic Joy and Equanimity. The practice can be done in stillness, in a variety of postures or in motion, while walking, dancing or performing other daily activities.


What is it?

Guided Meditation is an assisted meditation session where you will be guided into states of expanded awareness through breathing techniques, storytelling and creative visualization, learning how to visit your inner world and cultivate inner peace and grounded presence.

With practice, you will be able to just watch your thoughts as they come and go, feeling all emotions with equanimity and reaching a sense of deep acceptance, compassion and love for yourself, specially when processing difficult emotions.

A session of Guided Meditation is crafted to help you get in touch with your intuition and a state of inner knowing that comes from the embodied feeling of love in the heart, primal knowing from the gut and creative power from the Hara / Womb.

During a session, we place our focus on the breath or in the nature of the mind and its relationship with matter and the body, bringing us to the realization of both the interconnectedness and impermanence of all existence.

Every Guided Meditation session offers a door into the unknown, into the contemplation of something we may consider ordinary at first glance, uncovering layers of illusion to discover a deeper mystery and meaning behind appearances.

For women, a Guided Womb Meditation is beneficial to bring clarity, inner peace, radiant beauty and confidence. This inner journey is recommended in a process of clearing sexual traumas & emotional wounds and to unlock our full creative power, innocent joy, embodied sensuality and wellbeing.
